The Summit is an exclusive event for select senior representatives from business, finance, and policymaking (both from national and the EU level regulatory bodies). Each day, we offer maximum 10 tickets for purchase on a first come, first served basis.

DAY 3 will focus on the topics of SUSTAINABILITY IN BANKING AND REAL ESTATE.

The topics we will explore:

• The changes to strategies, approaches and implementation of different sustainability-linked products and practices/processes,

• Changes to lending and refinancing,

• Competitiveness in the banking industry,

• Real estate valuations and the impact of ESG performance on valuations,

• Financing of real estate retrofitting and sustainability performance improvements and their pricing,

• Solutions for plugging data gaps and data collection for banks,

• Changes to supervisory expectations related to risk management and especially related to climate and environmental risk and capital requirements (analysis of real estate as a collateral at risk due to physical or transition risk),

The ticket for Day 3 includes access to the evening networking programme/event.

The ticket includes VAT and it provides access to some side events on the day and the evening programme (list to be shared 3 weeks before the event date). The evening programme will be a special reception at the Prague Mayor’s residence and the CEE Sustainability Leadership award ceremony at Prague Mayor’s residence.
